Terms and conditions
- All nutrition packages and programmes must be completed within 14 weeks from the initial consultation.
- Nutritional Therapy Consultation fees and all other services are payable in full upon booking.
- Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt by bank transfer or via Stripe.
- Unpaid invoices within 48 hours of receipt will lead to the appointment or service cancellation.
- Any cancelled appointment or service with less than 24 hours notice as well as missed appointments/no shows will be forfeited.
- Nutrition plans (Metabolic Weight Loss) will not be released until payment has been made in full.
- The cost of clinical tests and/or professional supplements are not included and will incur an additional charge payable directly to the service provider (i.e. lab or supplement company) by the client.
